Ganadara: The new modern Korean food

Ganadara: The new modern Korean food

I am an avid fan of Korean variety shows. Their humor is totally my kind. And of course, a big part of their screen time is introducing some delicious Korean dishes that I can only see but cannot taste.

Ganadara is relieving me from that dreadful torture!

Koreans (or is it just the celebrites in the variety show, Happy Together, at the segment cooking night time snack) love to add a hint of cheese in their traditional food. For example, a slice of processed cheese on their ramen. Or on tteokbokki. They just love their processed cheese!

Ganadara is no exception. They are actually a step more original! They are combining Quebec’s famous dish into their traditional dishes. What? Tteokbokki fuses with poutine! Or maybe even better, poutine fused with all famous dishes (bulgogi, ramen, fish cakes, and many others). They really go all the way.

Of course, for those who want a less crazy version, or plain old good traditional meal, they could order it at Ganadara. But those are the reasons to go to Ganadara.

I suggest to go with a party not more than 4 people and be ready for a line up!
