So whenever I crave for brunch, I want something more than just eggs and sausage. I want something that I cannot easily make at home. Something original. Something fun! I think Kitchen73 just ticks all the boxes!
Kitchen73’s menu has a bit of everything that can satisfy everyone’s palate. Classic ones for the conservative ones and some innovative ones for the adventurous people like me!
Frenchtastique
I just love the name already! These were French toasts stuffed with banana, cream cheese and strawberry. On top of that, drizzled with nutella and paired with more bananas and strawberries! Absolutely delicious and fix my morning sweet tooth immediately.
Simplement delicieux
Zuuchini’s mama had her usual brunch item: waffle with fruits. That’s her favorite dish at Breakfast Club. So how does this waffle compete? Right away, she wasn’t pleased with the waffle texture. Too soft, missing the crunch. However, it was noted that Kitchen73 was more generous with the fruits. There fruits were fresh and are varied. Sadly, Breakfast Club has been lacking on that lately.
Le Gauffredictin
Mr.Butter had eggs Benedict and Angus short rib swimming on top of a half waffle. Powerful flavors starting the day! Again, the waffle would be amazing if it was crispy. But the sauce and the eggs were good, not too heavy allowing the consumption of the whole dish easy. The Angus short rib added a punch of additional protein and nice combination with the eggs Benedict.
I wouldn’t think twice to come to Kitchen73. There were some other dishes on the menu that picked my curiosity. It was definitely tough to make a choice. The quantity of food served was generous and the price is very friendly too. If you’re around the area, definitely a brunch destination to consider!
