Chicco, a Japanese dessert cafe, has brought me back in time. I felt I was strolling through the streets in Japan while enjoying my dreamy dessert parfait in a lolita dress.
The dessert cafe is very small where there is only one table in the whole area. It is meant for an order and go. The dessert parfaits are nicely assembled in a cup that contents will not spill while eating it on the go.
Other than the parfaits, there are other pastries baked in house, which some can be tasted in the parfaits.
Aren’t these parfaits beautiful? They look like they came out from an anime! Here, there are Green tea (left), Mango (middle) and Anmitsu (right).
The parfaits are made of a combination of ice cream, fruits, macarons, sugar cookies, red beans, cereal, sponge cakes, whip cream and more whip cream. They definitely look better than they taste. But it doesn’t matter because I truly felt I was transported to Japan.
