At Hachi, anyone can notice the lovely couple working harmoniously. The husband diligently slicing the fish and the wife running around serving customers. And times to times, their daughter would come out quietly from the office room.
To witness such adorable scene, a reservation is highly recommended as the restaurant can accommodate about 20 people.
The sashimi is prepared with finesse. Some are almost paper thin. Every bite is filled with indulgence like the wave has taken me to the sea. The tuna belly is fatty and luxurious. All fish on the menu cannot go wrong. They all taste fantastic.
On the other hand, the sushi or maki are quite the opposite. The skills are weak. The visuals of the rolls are lacking and the flavor can be improved.
Hachi serves delicacy from the sea and to thoroughly enjoy the experience, sashimi must be ordered.
